BFCAR is a world class manufacturer of complex aluminum castings with extensive R&D and machining capabilities.Our foundry is located in the Mayu Industrial Zone, Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. We manufacture complex low pressure castings, gravity castings, permanent mold and die castings. We also produce our own sand cores using a variety of hot box core machines. Our inspection equipment includes a CMM to insure dimensional accuracy, a spectrometer to monitor material chemistries and we can perform physical testing on site. We machine our cast parts to supply you with components that are ready for your assembly floor. Our machining centers are comprised of a variety of vertical and horizontal CNC’s ready to efficiently machine your parts to exacting dimensions. We use CAD, Pro-E / UG and MAGMA software to efficiently perform design work that minimizes the time required for research and development projects.
